Shipping Destinations
Fit Jackets provides worldwide shipping except to Israel and Russia and APO/FPO addresses due to shipping restriction, we are not allowed to deliver to these places.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Our available shipping methods include Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping, which you can select during checkout.
- We work with the most reliable service providers, such as DHL Express, FedEx Express and UPS, to safely deliver the product to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
We offer standard shipping for $24.99 and expedited shipping for $39.99. You can also avail free shipping in USA, UK & Canada on an order purchased above $139
Order Processing Time
Once you submit the order, it will take 1 to 2 business days to process. Nonetheless, the duration of processing can differ during peak times or sales events.
Estimated Shipping Time
Our shipping time depends on the preferred delivery method:
- Free shipping takes about 10 to 12 business days
- Standard Shipping takes about 8 to 10 business days
- Expedited Shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days
Note: holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping time duration. During peek seasons or holidays there will be delays in shipping times.

Tracking & Notifications
- After order placement, we’ll send you a confirmation email about the product shipping and tracking ID. This will allow you to monitor your shipment status.
- If you do not receive your Tracking ID via email. Kindly check your spam folder. If it’s not available, reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
International Shipping & Duties
- Any import fee, taxes or customs charges placed by the government are the responsibility of the international clients. These fees are not covered by our shipping costs and are set by the local custom authority.
- Fit Jackets aims to provide seamless custom processing to our customers. However, in case of unforeseeable situations, there could be delays.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We prioritize our customers’ satisfaction which is why if you experience any problems with your delivery, such as any damages to your package, your order is lost or delayed beyond estimated time period, immediately reach out to us via email sales@fitjackets.com. Depending on the circumstance, we will help you find your package or arrange a refund/exchange to resolve your concern.
Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping
The cost of shipping is non-refundable. However, you can qualify for a replacement or refund if you receive defective product. Please read our policy for more information.
