30 Days Return Policy
Fit Jackets has maintained its quality for years by monitoring and cross-checking our products to ensure that they always meet our set standards – as customer satisfaction is important to us. However, in case of any return or change, we have garnered some pointers to make it as smooth as possible for our customers to process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- If there are any concerns with the product, it should be returned in 30 days time.
- The specific criteria to make an item acceptable for return includes: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with a tag attached.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, reach out to our customer service via our email: sales@fitjackets.com. Mention your email, number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return permission, and once we receive your item, we will examine it within 3 days and get back to you with our response via email.
- Kindly return the item in its original packaging, as it will help expedite the return process.
Exchange Process
- We provide an exchange of items that have a distinctively different shade, design or size.
- Any defective or incorrect items are eligible for exchange or refund. Fit Jacket will cover all costs, including return shipping.
Refund Policy
- If you have requested a refund, we’ll thoroughly examine the product after we receive your returned item.
- The item inspection and approval will take about 3 days. Once completed, we will verify you via email sales@fitjackets.com.
- The refund processing will take about 7 days after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that Fit Jackets will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. It will be directed under the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Fit Jackets ensure that our products are delivered in the best conditions. But in case of any mishap, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect article, promptly reach out to our customer service within 3-days via email sales@fitjackets.com. Kindly attach photos for proof. We are more than willing to provide an exchange or refund in such cases.
Late or Missing Refunds
If, for any reason, you happen to not receive your refunds within the time frame, then first check with your bank or original payment source. The processing time may vary depending on the bank. Meanwhile, don’t hesitate to initiate a chat with us; this will allow us to verify if the refund has been processed.
