Payment Processing & Security

• Once the purchase has been made, we only retain relevant information, such as your email address and order history, for order tracking and customer support. 

Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

Once the payments are fully processed, you can expect an order confirmation email within 24 hours. It’s important to consider that some banks might impose a temporary hold on the funds in your account when making a transaction, which can prevent payment processing. So, ensure that your order is not being held back because of it. 

Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment is failed or declined, kindly check with your bank or payment provider to ensure there aren’t any restrictions or other concerns. 

Processing Time for Refunds 

Every refund will be handled and applied to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase.

The refunds will be processed within 7 days after approval. As for the funds transfer, that may take up to 5-7 days depending on the bank/payment provider.
