Request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours. To cancel your order, you must confirm through email or contact support within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. If we receive your cancellation request after 24 hours, a direct deduction of 35% will be applied to the amount you paid. If you request to cancel the order after 48 hours, we will deduct 50% of the total amount.
Customers must notify our customer support team via email, SMS/voicemail, or WhatsApp/live chat to request order cancellation.
If the cancellation is made after 24 hours of placing the order, 35% of the paid amount will be deducted.
If the cancellation request is made after 48 hours of placing the order, 50% of the paid amount will be deducted.
Customers must cancel their orders within three (3) business days after receiving the order confirmation. No cancellations will be accepted if the order has already been dispatched.
However, if you wish to return your order, on account of measurement, fabric, or color choice, you can do so within seven (07) days of the receipt.
Once you place an order, you will need to provide your accredited bank details via email for any refunds. Please note that refunds may take 3 to 8 business days to process and appear in your account.
